Pool layout & design
Talk through how you want to swim, relax and entertain. Bring your ideas for the pool’s shape, size, depth and features so they can be evaluated against the property and your priorities.

H30 project photographyBuilt around your backyard
Plan the pool layout, finishes and surrounding outdoor space together. H30’s design review and revisions help turn those decisions into a construction proposal.
Talk through how you want to swim, relax and entertain. Bring your ideas for the pool’s shape, size, depth and features so they can be evaluated against the property and your priorities.
Review the colors, textures and materials together rather than selecting each finish in isolation. The proposal should identify the selections included in your build.
Planning a patio, outdoor kitchen or shade structure too? Discuss those elements early, even when they will be a separate phase. Each addition needs its own agreed scope.
Your proposal will specify the pool dimensions, selected features, equipment and surrounding work.
Before we build
A site evaluation is where the design becomes specific to your home. Share the property survey if you have one, your priorities, and any known constraints before decisions are finalized.
Discuss the space available for construction access, the features you want to retain, and how the pool will relate to the house and future outdoor improvements. Flag known easements, drainage concerns, utilities or neighborhood restrictions for review.
The applicable authority must confirm required permits and inspections. Pool barriers and safe access also belong in the planning conversation—not at the end of the project. The Pool Safely resource below explains general safety layers; it does not replace local requirements.

The H30 process
Review the layout, selections and revisions together before approving the work for construction.
Describe your goals, then review the actual backyard and the work you are considering.
Discuss layout, materials, included features and investment together.
Work through revisions and settle the scope before construction planning.
Confirm the applicable approvals, schedule and construction arrangements for your project.
Your project schedule should distinguish design and permit review from construction, with dates based on the approved scope and availability.

Designed as a whole
Consider where people will gather, how they will move between the home and pool, and what you want the backyard to feel like when you are not swimming. H30 also offers outdoor living and hardscaping, so those conversations can be part of the plan.
H30 offers a lifetime structural warranty on new-construction pools, subject to the written warranty terms. Review what is covered, what is excluded and any homeowner obligations before committing. Workmanship and manufacturer coverage should be explained separately in your project documents.
